The restaurant comes highly recommended: the dishes were delicious and also cheap. The service was very good: friendly and very attentive! The wines are from local winemakers and are of good quality. The staff also observed all hygiene rules, so that we felt very comfortable there during Corona!

Do not come to this restaurant if you have coeliac disease and must avoid gluten. Although we explained the situation of gluten-free for my daughter, when her food arrived it was served with two slices of bread on the plate. Coeliac disease is not a trendy neurosis, it is an auto-immune condition that destroys the digestive system if grain, barley or rye are detected. The presence of grain bread will have contaminated the food.

Great terrace on the water, covered with umbrellas, good for sitting outside. The food was excellent, especially the game goulash. Very friendly staff. Make a reservation in advance.

Very well trained team, all very nice and attentive. The food was excellent. We sat outside and had a nice view of the old half-timbered houses. The current corona rules are observed here. The wine tavern is highly recommended and we will definitely come back here on our next stay. Thank you for the lovely evening.

We were here for the first time today. Authentic, cozy dining room. Wait staff were friendly, unfortunately you had to wait a long time until one of the ladies came to the table. You can hardly find nice words for the design of the menu, it definitely needs to be revised properly! Food was okay, but didn't blow our mind in terms of taste. Salad could be more finely plucked and what the peas are doing in there is a mystery to us ... Coleslaw was good, the carrot salad was less. "Knobibrot" is just baguette with oil and garlic, more could be made of it.

We ate very well, the service was very frequent and friendly. The restaurant was very comfortable and nicely furnished. I can only recommend the restaurant when you are close by.

Fabulous restaurant with a great ambience in the city center right on the Queich. The food and wine were delicious and the staff extremely friendly. It doesn't really get any better.

We were served very friendly, the wines and the freshly prepared food were excellent. Very idyllic restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, everything very well maintained. Definitely worth a recommendation!

Super, super friendly hosts !!! Since the terrace was occupied, we were spontaneously created an exclusive place at the open balcony door directly above the stream! Thanks again :) We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the excellent food and the great wine. And would love to come back ...

We ate here typically Palatinate and can highly recommend it. Nice atmosphere, good food, prices realistic prices and large portions. Highly recommend the Riesling soup! Delicious. The game goulash and the sausage salad are also good (but I don't understand the new way that fries are now being served everywhere. That just doesn't fit. Especially since the portion is very plentiful even without fries. :-)) The service is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant is also located in the magical old town and is therefore worth a visit. We would love to come back!

Very nice restaurant with great staff a super boss who is very rare the time takes for your guests to find a place even at full house. The food is a poem and the staff as already mentioned even with a lot of business grade 1+ if you want to eat well and no way leads past this place! We will certainly visit this place more often.
